Plastic injection mold for ABS mosquito repellent bottle shell parts mold

Made of robust H13 steel (320×280×220mm, matte anti-rust), it fits small-batch to large-scale production. Detachable core insert enables easy cavity switching for 50-300ml bottle shells.

Bottle Body Molding
Medium-speed injection (50mm/s) + 240℃ barrel temperature – suitable for forming 500ml standard bottle bodies, ensuring uniform wall thickness (±0.1mm), with automatic exhaust delay of 3s to avoid air bubbles.

Bottle Cap Molding
Low-speed precision injection (30mm/s) + 230℃ barrel temperature – adapts to threaded cap forming, completes molding in 45s, with automatic demolding pause at 35s to protect thread integrity.

Nozzle Part Molding
High-speed localized injection (70mm/s) + 250℃ nozzle temperature – targets small-size nozzle structures, realizes fine molding in 30s, with pressure holding enhancement at 15s to prevent shrinkage.

Non-slip Base Molding
Pulse injection (40mm/s interval) + 235℃ barrel temperature – mimics layered molding for base anti-slip textures, completes processing in 50s, with automatic cooling delay of 10s before demolding.
